After the loss of my sister, we contacted many funeral directors not knowing where to begin with the arrangements. Dean Harper instantly felt like the choice for us. They guided us through the process with compassion and ease during a time that felt impossible. Anna Marie took the time to learn all about my sister and took note of all the details which showed when she led the service, which was the most beautiful tribute. On the day, Dean was a support to us all and guided us through which meant everything went without fault.
Nothing was too much trouble for all at Dean Harper. The little details that meant a lot to us as a family, became a priority for them.
When you lose someone you love so much, it can be hard to trust people to care for them before and during their final journey. On Thursday 19th March we attended the funeral of our beautiful niece, Jodie. When we saw Jodie arrive at the house we were blown away by how beautiful her final journey was going to be in the camper van.  The journey to the crematorium was steady and in the timely fashion of Jodie being late as she always was. I was honoured that you allowed myself and other family members to carry her coffin. The service, conducted by Anna-Marie was delivered with compassion and was a beautiful, although sad, experience. I would like to praise the professionalism of all the staff with you on the day. We would certainly recommend you to others and would definitely use you again.

We can’t thank Dean Harper and his staff enough for the amazing service that they provided for my Grandads funeral. They handled the whole day with such respect and showed great compassion for both my Grandad and our family. We could also relax knowing that he was being looked after in their care leading up to the funeral and had great confidence that he was being treated the way that he deserved. We couldn’t have been more pleased with how smoothly the day went and Dean Harpers created the perfect way for us to say our goodbyes. Everything from the communication and understanding during such a difficult time to the arrangements of the beautiful flowers were perfect. Dean, Anna, Angela and all the team have taken care of both our Dad and Mom recently.
We knew they were in safe caring hands from Day 1 with the team providing advice on how things work and guiding us to help us understand what we wanted to ensure everything felt personal to us.
Both our parents were well taken care of whilst at rest with Angela providing regular updates, coordinating events and arranging those special personal touches. We appreciated Dean calling us on the day of the funeral to assure everything was ready and just beautiful when it was time to say a final goodbye.

From the moment we spoke on the phone we knew we had chosen the right people to arrange the funeral for our beloved daughter.
To say Dean, Anna Marie and all the staff at Dean Harper went above and beyond is an understatement.
Nothing was to much trouble,  the empathy shown by all at Dean Harper was second to none.
Anna Marie was exceptional 👏,  she hosted the service and spoke about our daughter with such compassion ❤️. Spent as much time as we  wanted with her as she wanted to get it spot on, and didn't she just . Never felt rushed .
Dean was amazing on the day, expanding everything to us.
We had a campervan for her and it looked amazing.

At such a traumatic time in life it feels good to have a team of friends holding your hand & guiding you through.  Everyone at Dean Harper will all make it happen, from the smallest of things which you wouldn't even think of, they help give the choices to make your decisions ,so taking off any pressure and allowing you to just be able to grieve your loved ones & give them the best final journey.
